Our Club Mezi Jeleny

Mezi Jeleny has a kind of magic that's hard to describe – for some it's love, for others friendship, or a feeling of home.

We were ready to let go of old dreams in order to fulfill new ones. But the more we said goodbye, the more we felt that Mezi Jeleny didn't want to let us go – and we didn't want to let go of it either.

Our original plan to sell the house came mostly from the fact that we didn't have the resources to keep two places going at once – Mezi Jeleny and a new beginning in Sardinia.

In our minds – and with the help of friends – more and more ideas started to take shape… until finally, after a long evolution, we're excited to introduce our new and unique project:

Our New Project: Club Mezi Jeleny

• One-time contribution – loan of 50,000 CZK (about 2,000 EUR)
• 10 years of repayment (and membership in our informal club)

How repayment works – choose one of three options:

1) Accommodation: Every year you can stay for free:

– with your family (max. 2 adults + 3 children under 17, additional kids possible with extra fee)

– or with up to 3 adults

– or as 1 adult: 10 nights at Mezi Jeleny (no meals) or 5 nights in Sardinia (with half board)

Where: Mezi Jeleny (Ore Mountains, Czech Republic), Allora Sardinia (our farm yurts in Sardinia)

The price comes out to just 1,000 CZK (40 Euros)per night for a whole family – both in Jelení and Sardinia – and for 10 years.

(For comparison: 5 nights for a family of 2+2 now costs 6,000 CZK (240 Euros) in Jelení and around 10,000 CZK (400 Euros) in Sardinia.)

2) Annual discount of 7,000 CZK (280 Euros) on accommodation at our partner locations – we're preparing places in the Czech Republic, Croatia and more.

3) If you don't use 1) or 2), we'll pay you 6,000 CZK (240 Euros) in cash for that year – essentially returning your money with interest.

Additional notes:

• You can send someone else in your place.
• With prior agreement, you can split your nights – e.g. two families for two nights, or a group stay using several nights at once. We'll always try to be flexible.
• The maximum number of members will be 250, and the project is time-limited.
• If you change your mind, after 3 years you can leave the club at any time – and receive a proportional refund.
  (E.g. after 3 years, we'll refund you 35,000 CZK ~1400 Euros.)
